​To ensure the best experience for all our clients and to protect the time and preparation that goes into each service, please review our updated policies before booking.

Appointment Reservation Fee
A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure any appointment.
This fee applies toward your service total at the time of your visit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life events happens, and we kindly ask for notice if you need to adjust your appointment.
• Cancellations made MORE than 24 hours in advance:
→ You will receive 50% credit back of your reservation fee.
• Cancellations made WITHIN 24 hours:
→ No refund of your reservation fee.
• No-shows:
→ The reservation fee is forfeited entirely.
• More than 2 last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring full prepayment for future bookings.
Morpheus8 & Medical-Aesthetic Treatments
All Morpheus8 sessions (and any medical-aesthetic treatments requiring equipment preparation) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Deposits may be used as credit toward another service, but refunding to the original form of payment is not permitted.
These treatments require significant preparation, room setup, medical supplies, and staff coordination, this policy is strictly enforced.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period.
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require:
• A shortened service without price adjustment, or
• Rescheduling with forfeiture of the reservation fee.
Payment & Refunds
• All payments for services, series, packages, and deposits are non-refundable.
• Packages and series expire 12 months from date of purchase.
• Retail products may be exchanged only if unopened and returned within 7 days.
(No refunds on retail products.)
Intake forms & Treatment Contraindications
• All clients must complete a medical history form prior to treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if contraindications are present.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding clients must notify us before booking.
Minors
We do not offer medical-aesthetic treatments to minors. Wellness or facial services may be available for minors with a parent present.
Professional Conduct
We maintain a peaceful, safe environment. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of the session with no refunds or credits.
Gift Cards
• In the state of Arizona, gift cards do not expire by law.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards can be applied toward services or retail products at their current menu value.
If our service menu changes:
• If a specific service originally listed on the gift card is no longer offered or has been discontinued, the gift card may be applied as credit toward any other service of your choice.
• The value will be applied according to the original dollar amount paid, not the past menu pricing of discontinued services.
Photography & Results
• Before/after photos are required for medical-aesthetic treatments for documentation.
• Photos will never be used publicly without your written consent.
• Results vary per individual and are never guaranteed.
